If you are new to the program or have been involved for years, this is the seasonal plea for FALL LINING VOLUNTEERS. It takes a village to keep those paint lines sharp at Dodgen and Dickerson and our fields looking great. In addition, for many this is a really fun and gratifying job.
For "new to the sport" parents, this is an excellent way to learn the rules, field layout, and help out your program.
It is not a huge time commitment, if we get enough volunteers.
If you are willing to help, please respond directly to me at
, by this Friday, August 26th.
In the email, please put in the subject box "Field Lining".
Let me know your child or children's age and if you are new or returning to the program.
Once I gather a list of volunteers, I will schedule an informational meeting to provide rules of the game, lining instructions, and have a few of the coaches present to answer questions.
Just because you respond you are interested, does not commit you to volunteering. I hope to hear from many of you.
Congratulations to Kylie Holthaus and Devin Filicicchia!
Kylie and Devin are the 2016 recipients of the annual Rutger B. Colt III Walton Junior Lacrosse Association Scholarship.
